Our traditional methods and recipes are honed to perfection to ensure a luxurious, rich and moist product every time. In fact, you’re likely to find the same ingredients we use, in your very own kitchen cupboard - such as butter, flour, Demerara sugar, quality Belgian chocolate and, of course (as we’re famous for our Sticky Toffee Puddings), dates… lots of dates!
There is never any difficulty rustling up enough colleagues for our regular taste panels. Although we draw a line at claiming for clotted cream and custard on expenses!
