At Hain Daniels, we are passionate about developing future leaders within our organisation. With this in mind, we have developed a unique two year Graduate Development Programme which not only exposes our graduates to different operational or commercial areas, but also gives them the opportunity to work across a variety of sites and Business Units.
We recruit a number of graduates at each intake. We are confident that our programme provides the coaching, mentoring and guidance needed to ensure they are work smart, as well as realising their career aspirations and support the right career choices for the future.
